Are you guys tracking your work? You should think about it.  I mentioned "Ganttr" last week, a great tool for tracking schedules.  At work we usually use the in-house proprietary system for uploading and downloading files but tracking is often done with Google Docs. True! 4 studios I've worked at used Google docs.
